I’ve walked that path—and I also know the way back.
Who I Am
I’m Bistra, and I’m here to help you reconnect, realign, and blossom—especially in midlife.
With a bachelor’s degree in psychology, I’ve always been drawn to understanding the inner world. Over time, I expanded that foundation through holistic training—as a Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Sound Therapist, and Hypnotherapy Technician.
I blend these tools—mindfulness, movement, sound, meditation, and reflection—to support the whole self: mind, body, and soul.
My own journey with holistic living began well before my 40, but it’s in midlife that these practices became my compass. They help me navigate transitions, stay centered in uncertainty, and design a life that feels truly aligned—with who I am now, and who I’m still becoming.
To me, midlife isn’t a crisis.
It’s a return.
It’s an invitation to slow down, expand, and come home to yourself.
