Who I Am

I’m Bistra—woman, mom, entrepreneur, creative soul, and space holder for real-life transformation.

I live in the real world, where schedules are full, emotions run deep, and the search for balance never really stops. I know what it’s like to crave more space, more joy, and a deeper connection to yourself—right in the middle of everyday life.

I’m here to support you through the powerful shift that is midlife—using a blend of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, sound, and mindset tools to help you reconnect with your truth.

These practices changed everything for me, and they still do.
Because becoming who we truly are isn’t a one-time moment. It’s a lifelong unfolding.

Now, I accompany other women as they do the same: coming back to their rhythm, rewriting their story, and living in deeper alignment.
